I can&#8217;t imagine that someone, in person, would use the same tone and words that come across in email. <\/p>\n<p>Typically it is people who have not paid attention to what they have done, are ignorant, or just plain don&#8217;t read. And these are people who typically are work at home moms or dads, running a business&#8230; and I&#8217;m thinking.. well, you totally lost a potential sale here. <\/p>\n<p>Think before you type. Think before you send.
