Cucumber and Cream Cheese Sandwiches
1 - 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 package dry Italian salad dressing mix
2 medium cucumbers, sliced
1 pinch dried dill weed
bread of choice
In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise and Italian dressing mix. Chill in refrigerator overnight.
Spread mixture onto bread. Try small bagels, cocktail bread and even small french bread slices. Top each sandwich with a cucumber piece and then sprinke a dash of dill on top.
