Easy 'n Quick Peanut Butter Cookies
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
Mix thoroughly. Drop by spoon onto cookie sheet. Press with fork. Bake in 325 degree oven 8 to 10 minutes.
This recipe is easily multiplied. Less sugar may be added to taste. Crunchy peanut butter may be substituted. Smooth peanut butter works well in a cookie press to form shapes. Recipe gotten 30 years ago from the back of sugar package
