It's Crude to be Rude
| Every day I'm amazed at the
rude emails I receive. I can't imagine that someone, in person, would
use the same tone and words that come across in email. Typically it is people who have not paid attention to what they have done, are ignorant, or just plain don't read. And these are people who typically are work at home moms or dads, running a business... and I'm thinking.. well, you totally lost a potential sale here. Think before you type. Think before you send. And be SURE you know what it is you are saying. |
